The 4 x 2 (4 In, 2 Out) HDMI True Matrix with Remote routes high definition video in multiple resolutions (up to 1080p) and multi-channel digital audio from any of the four HDMI sources to up to two displays. It supports HDMI v1.3b and video amplifier bandwidths of up to 2.25Gpbs/225MHz. Every source is accessible at all times by any display by selecting it with the provided IR remote.
This devices works with HD-DVD players, TiVo systems, HT PCs, and satellite set top boxes that connect to an HDMI display. Every source is accessible at all times by any display by selecting it with an IR remote.
True Matrix switching means that you can literally have the same video mirrored on both outputs, or use the switch to send two different sources to each monitor - all at the same time. Non "True Matrix" does not have mirroring capabilities.
