Net 30 open accounts are available for Schools, Hospitals and Government Agencies. Others
requesting terms must complete our credit application. If Computer Network Accessories, Inc.
grants credit; all decisions with respect to extension or continuation are the sole discretion of
Computer Network Accessories, Inc.
Shipping Charges:
Carrier chart rate (based on package weight and zone) + $2.95 handling/fuel surcharge fee.
For next day and second day air orders, dimensional weight charges will be applied when
required by the carrier.
Sales Tax:
Ohio Customers will be charged 7% Sales Tax. Resellers holding valid resale permits/vendors
license must request tax exempt status in advance by downloading an Ohio Blanket
Exemption Certificate. This must be mailed or faxed to our sales department.
Warranty and Disclaimer of Products:
We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper
use of products. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied which extend the
foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this agreement.
Merchandise Returns:
Call or email the Sales Department and request a Return Authorization number.
Return the package to:
