A CR2032 battery is a standard lithium battery rated at 3.0 volts, commonly used in computers as a CMOS battery, some scientific and graphing calculators, scientific instruments, watches, clocks, toys, remote keyless systems, laser pointers and small LED flashlights. A computer's memory and real-time clock are generally powered by a CR2032 lithium coin cell.
