Q: How do I return a product?
A: If after purchasing any products on our website, you decide for any reason that the product does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us within 30 days (with postage paid) and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund; whichever YOU prefer. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging, accessories, manuals and literature included to receive full credit. Please include a copy of your invoice.
