960H Analog DVRs
Standard analog specification encompasses CIF (360 x 240 pixels), D1 (720 x 480 pixels) and 960H (960 x 480 pixels) image resolutions. Analog video signals use traditional RG59 coaxial cabling and are transmitted through DVRs independently of other local network infrastructures, ensuring zero latency and real-time visibility. This is why standard analog CCTV configurations are generally considered the most reliable. Conventional analog CCTV equipment is inexpensive and easy to install, providing cost-effective solutions that require minimal network setup and configuration. Invoking the standard analog specification when considering a CCTV configuration, also offers greater flexibility due to a wider range of equipment compatibility and interoperability.
